2.2. Donors are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their donation details, including amounts and payment information.

3. Refund Policy

3.1. Donations are generally non-refundable. However, if you believe a donation was made in error, please contact us at contact@alamaanahaid.org within 48 hours of the transaction.
3.2. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 14 business days through the original payment method.
